Delicious authentic middle eastern food, many excellent menu choices, very pleasant ambience and welcoming staff, as well as the owner who takes a personal interest in ensuring you are happy with the meal. The 24.95 early bird 3 courses is a good deal with many options. The hummus was delicious, chicken kebab dinner excellent and generous portions, and the bread pudding dessert was a treat (they also have baklava and chocolate baklava). On street free parking. Currently BYOB but I think that is soon to change, call and ask. A great place to eat after a Tort Museum visit.
Starters were great but the mains were underwhelming. We had a seafood risotto special and the rice was undercooked to the point of being crunchy. Maybe that was by design, but we did not enjoy it at all.
It's about time that Noujaime's has found a new home! Winsted is certainly lucky to have this top-notch restaurant in its downtown - what a great addition to the neighborhood. (Why couldn't we keep him in Torrington? I suppose that is another rant, but I digress...) The food is excellent, from the appetizers to the dessert. The decaf coffee was unexpectedly delicious - that was a pleasant treat and it went so well with the creme brule. Attentive and friendly staff working in an attractive restaurant. Did I mention that the food is excellent? Falafel heaven and many other delicious choices, too. Run, don't walk.

The appetizer, dinner and desert exceeded expectations. Felt like like fine dining in NYC. Our waitress was great. A very relaxing and enjoyable night out. A+
