Had an oil change done at this Monro on a Friday; afterwards, had trouble getting my truck to start and keep running. Manager (Keith) came out, got it going, suggested some injector cleaner, which I did. Next morning, truck starts, but "check engine" light comes on. Drove to Monro; Keith came out, analyzed engine, suggested coil was bad. Although their shop was full with plenty of work, Keith immediately called for a replacement coil, then went out in the shop and installed it himself when the part arrived. Great service, upfront info about cost. Check these folks out.
They are the best! Whenever I need something done they do it in a timely and efficient manner, they are super polite, and always make sure the job was done right the first time. Never once have I had a bad experience there and most times the employees and managers go out of their way to make my experience perfect. I would highly recommend them and I do so all the time!

Consistent with timing, prices and very helpful. These technicians know there stuff! Tires of all sizes waiting out there door. Don't forget the location right In the stop and shop plaza! Can't go wrong go shopping get your car then even grab your gas before you leave!? This is the place to be for brakes oil tires (maybe even more!)
As I entered the store, I was quickly greeted by the manager who was very friendly. I received great customer service and all the staff there were all very helpful and friendly as well. Definitely coming back every time I need something done !
