Dirty bathrooms
Waited 13 minutes today for my order, prices are ridiculous for such garbage food. Poorly managed.

Behind the counter is disgusting they cleaned around the sink with a dirty towel, the shake machine is covered with old dry shake mix and all surrounding equipment is covered with old shake mix the drink station looked like it hadn't been touched in a week. The worst part is I submitted a complaint last week to corporate and today it was no better. At this point I believe it to be a health risk.
My order is usually wrong with food missing and how the hell are you out of sweet and sour sauce on a Saturday evening... shouldn’t you plan for that!!!
Horrible, so extremely rude! I quit the same day I "met" her. she treats you like you're not even a real person she doesn't even make eye contact with you and is so rude that horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible place to work. I know it's McDonald's what should I expect but The manager there named VERONICA , (WHITE GIRL, SKINNY WITH PURPLE HAIR) isI quit just because she gives off so much negative rude energy. She talks ghetto like she has no home training and talk to me in third person like I don't exist and like I'm an idiot, which is very insulting because I'm a very nice person and present myself to everyone with respect. But she did not show respect at all. Also 60% of staff speak Spanish only, which is fine but it can be a problem when I asked what's the next order and I can't understand what she saying.
