(I used to work at dunkin. then went on to be a chef at a beautiful restaurant, so i know how hard and stressful it can be, but this was terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went in for a simple bacon egg and cheese on a croissant sandwich omw to work... when i opened it and took a bite it was still frozen, i couldnt turn around (omw to work).
A blonde girl who was talking looks at me and says, "sorry" and makes my bagel in less than 2 mins, even though i was the 3rd customer in line.

Customer service is good. I only ever get lattes from DD. Once in a while a donut. This DD does NOT know how to make a latte. The lattes never ever have foam on them. Half the time the lattes are luke warm or cold. And sometimes burnt tasting. But why no foam? Every. Single. Time. Strange. I usually end up going across town to get it replaced. I'll keep giving this one a chance but not as often as I used to.

The donuts are not what they used to be. They now come frozen from somewhere and are very small and expensive. Much better and fresher from Big Y or Stop & Shop or Whole Donut.

i got in my car at 11:21am and barely made it to work. who knew it would take 20 mins for a bagel and coffee? i could've sat down for a NICE breakfast if i had known.
This D D often has deals on bags of coffee.
Next day go in for a replacement, and the lady said no problem. When i opened the bag, i had received a sausage and egg with no cheese on a plain bagel.
Good place to whip in and out for a quick cup o' joe.
2 worst experiences of my life! (i even forgave and retried)
Staff needs to be more professional but the food and the coffee is Dunkin quality.
I HAD REPEATED THE ORDER THREE TIMES SO THEY UNDERSTOOD.
I go in and order an everything bagel and a coffee from a gentleman. i look to the left to see the girls are running outside with crates blocking off the drive thru because its "too busy." there was nobody in the drive thru. The girls then proceeded to talk about prom. i checked my watch, it was 11:16. i had waited 15 mins watching these girls run in and out of the store, never once making my order although 3 other customers stood next to sandwich receiving area. since it had been 15 mins, and i was working early, i spoke up. "CAN SOMEONE MAKE OUR DAMN BAGELS AND SANDWICHES INSTEAD OF TALKING ABOUT HOW HARD YOUR LIVES ARE? IVE BEEN HERE FOR 15 MINS AND I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT JOB I MUST GET TO IN TIME, i don't make food for a living anymore....WHERES THE BOSS?"
